What are points and how do I earn them?
Points are what you need to earn Rewards! For every $1 you spend at Footwear etc. you will receive 1 point. 30 days after earning 300 points (or any multiple of 300), a Shopping Reward will be issued to your account.
When do my points appear in my account?
For in-store purchases, points will post to your account when your transaction is completed. Special orders will receive points after item(s) have been received. For online purchases, points will post to your account within 24 hours of completing your online order.
How many points do I have?
You can view your current point total by checking your account online at www.footwearetc.com/account.
Are there exclusions when earning points?
You will receive points for all product purchases made in a Footwear etc. store and online at footwearetc.com. Points are not awarded for any shipping charges, sales tax, order fees, gift card purchases or for the portion of a purchase made using a Footwear etc. Gift Card or Reward Coupon.
What happens to my POINTS when I return an item?
When you return an item the points will be deducted from your account.
What happens to my REWARDS when I return an item?
If you made a purchase using a Reward and would like to make a return, any Rewards redeemed will not be refunded or added back to your account.
Can I give my points to a family member or friend?
No, points cannot be transferred between accounts.
Do points ever expire?
No, points do not expire - only Rewards expire.

Why do I have to give you my phone number and email address?
We use your phone number and email address to link your sales to your Footwear etc. Rewards Account. This way you do not have to worry about a membership number or carrying a card with you - you just have to remember to provide your same phone number or email address with each purchase.
Will my personal and membership information be shared with other companies?
