When will my order be shipped?
We pride ourselves on shipping your order quickly. 99% of in-stock orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on Monday. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days.
Where will my order ship from?
Most orders ship from one of our California locations. Occasionally, items are sent directly from a manufacturer's US warehouse.
How will my order be shipped?
For all physical addresses within the 50 US states and the District of Columbia (excluding Military and PO Box addresses), we use UPS and USPS. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii have the option of UPS or USPS for different rates (see rates below).
Will you ship to a P.O. Box or a U.S. Military address (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we will! Shipments to U.S. Military addresses (APO/FPO) have an estimated delivery of 3 to 6 weeks after being tendered to the U.S. Postal Service. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes and US Military addresses will be shipped via USPS. Delivery times for these addresses are not guaranteed and vary by location.
Will you ship to an address outside the United States?
No, we only ship orders within the United States (including US Military addresses).
What will shipping cost (for orders within the US excluding Hawaii and Alaska)?
- Orders $150 and higher qualify for Free Economy shipping!
- Orders totaling $149.99 and lower: $9.95 for UPS or USPS
What will shipping cost (only for orders to Hawaii or Alaska)?
- USPS Shipping (estimated 3–5 days): $15
- UPS: $40
These shipping offers are available regardless of how your order is placed (e.g. online, by phone, etc.).
Does free shipping apply to phone orders?
Yes. All free shipping offers shown online are valid for orders placed by phone.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Unless specifically requested by the customer, we do not require a signature upon delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that UPS will leave a package without a signature, as the final decision falls to the individual UPS driver.
When will I receive my order?
If a product is not available or backordered, a Footwear etc. associate will contact you promptly. In-stock orders usually ship the same or next business day.
Please note, some products will ship directly from the manufacturer. When this occurs, we will notify you by email with the estimated shipping date and delivery time.
What is the return policy?
All unused items may be returned for a full refund if within 30 days of the purchase. Return shipping is $9.95 if you use our return label. You are welcome to use your own label as well.
For your convenience, you can visit any retail location to do a return or exchange, or visit footwearetc.com/returns to generate a prepaid* UPS return label for your return.
